Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

BHP offers a 30-day free trial for all new centers. During the trial period, you will not be charged. You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without any obligation or payment.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing management page in your admin dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.
  • No partial refunds will be issued for the remaining days in the current billing period.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer a full refund if requested within 14 days of your first paid subscription charge. To request a refund, please contact us at contact@youngandx.com with your center name and account email.

After the 14-day window, refunds are generally not provided. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances such as:

  • Extended service outages caused by BHP.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges.
  • Significant feature unavailability that materially impacts your use of the platform.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

All payments are processed through Paddle, our authorized payment provider (Merchant of Record). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

5. Plan Changes

If you downgrade from Premium to Basic, the change will take effect at the start of your next billing period. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are issued for plan downgrades.
